Workplace Experience Manager Los Angeles, CA | Onsite $100,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Benefits The Opportunity A dynamic, growing consumer products company is seeking a polished and highly organized Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the day to day operations and overall experience of its Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional workplace and understands that a great office experience goes far beyond traditional office management. This person will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring employees and guests feel welcomed, the space operates seamlessly, and company culture comes to life through thoughtful events, programming, and everyday experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, hospitality minded, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You notice the details others miss, anticipate needs before they arise, and are equally comfortable managing a vendor relationship, planning a company event, or jumping in to solve an unexpected issue. What You'll Do Workplace Operations Own the day to day operations of the Los Angeles office, ensuring the workplace is organized, functional, welcoming, and operating at a high standard. Serve as the primary point of contact for all office related needs, requests, and troubleshooting. Manage relationships with building management, vendors, contractors, maintenance teams, and other service providers. Oversee office supplies, equipment, food and beverage programs, deliveries, inventory, and general workplace needs. Identify opportunities to improve office processes, systems, organization, and overall efficiency. Manage workplace related budgets, invoices, contracts, and expenses. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, office improvements, and special projects from start to finish. Ensure the workplace maintains appropriate safety, security, and emergency preparedness standards. Employee Experience & Culture Create a thoughtful, engaging workplace experience that reflects the company's brand, culture, and values. Develop and execute employee events, celebrations, team building activities, lunches, offsites, and other cultural initiatives. Partner closely with People/HR and leadership to support employee engagement and company wide programming. Manage new hire workplace readiness, ensuring employees have everything they need for a seamless first day. Gather employee feedback and continuously identify ways to enhance the workplace experience. Bring creativity and fresh ideas to employee programming while maintaining strong attention to budget and execution. Events & Hospitality Plan and execute internal meetings, leadership gatherings, company events, celebrations, and special projects. Coordinate catering, venues, vendors, transportation, décor, entertainment, and event logistics as needed. Ensure employees, candidates, clients, and other visitors receive a polished and welcoming experience. Maintain conference rooms, common spaces, kitchens, and other shared areas to ensure they consistently reflect company standards. Cross Functional Support Partner with executives, HR, Finance, IT, and other teams on workplace initiatives and company priorities. Support office moves, expansions, renovations, seating plans, and other facilities projects as the organization grows. Coordinate with IT to ensure employee technology and workplace systems are functioning effectively. Take ownership of special projects and unexpected needs with a solutions oriented, no task too small mentality. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, hospitality, employee experience, or a related role. Experience within a fast paced CPG, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, technology, or similarly dynamic environment preferred. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Naturally proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and independently drive projects forward. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Experience managing budgets, invoices, contracts, and workplace expenses. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Creative and enthusiastic about developing employee events and experiences. Calm, resourceful, and solutions oriented when priorities change unexpectedly. High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment. Comfortable working onsite and being highly visible and accessible to employees throughout the day. Compensation:

$100,000-$150,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
