Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Global Supply Manager IV for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimization initiatives to ensure long-term supply continuity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Rate Range:
$79/hour to $89/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Global Supply Manager IV Job Responsibilities include: Analyze commodity markets, supplier landscapes, and industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages for sourcing strategies. Lead supplier negotiations and contract discussions to secure optimal pricing, quality, capacity, and long-term supply continuity. Perform spend analysis, supplier financial assessments, and cost modeling to support strategic procurement and sourcing decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify supply chain risks, communicate insights, and support business and product objectives. Drive supply chain optimization through capacity planning, benchmarking, scenario analysis, and continuous cost improvement initiatives. Manage sourcing programs end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, process improvements, and supplier performance management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, or a related discipline. Proven experience leading supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and strategic sourcing initiatives with a strong understanding of commodity markets and supplier management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Pay Details:
