Lead end-to-end procurement activities of CapEx investment and operation for fab equipment Manage the full procurement cycle: Sourcing, supplier identification/selection, negotiation, contract, PO management, delivery management Develop and maintain supplier relationships to drive performance and meet business objectives Proactively mitigate supply chain risks through dual-sourcing and localization strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fab Engineer teams, logistics, legal, and finance to resolve bottlenecks and drive company' objectives Drive alignment and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners internally and externally Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement/supply chain/project management within high-tech manufacturing or related field Experience with semiconductor equipment for logic, memory, and packaging preferred Proven experience managing Large-scale CapEx investment and manufacturing operation Semiconductor CapEx experience preferred; demonstrated deep understanding of semiconductor supply chains (e.g., ASML, Applied Materials) Expertise in global strategic sourcing, negotiation, supply chain analytics, data analysis, project management and ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
PMP/CPSM
certification preferred

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
