Position Summary The Senior Global Supply Manager will lead the sourcing and supplier management strategy for structural steel and related components supporting large-scale infrastructure and deployment initiatives. This individual will oversee global supplier relationships, commodity strategy, procurement planning, and manufacturing alignment across key structural categories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing steel commodities, fabrication suppliers, and industrial supply chains within warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or automation-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives for structural steel, fabricated components, and related commodities Develop and execute long-term commodity strategies focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and capacity planning Build and maintain relationships with steel mills, fabricators, service centers, and other strategic suppliers Partner closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support manufacturability, supplier capabilities, and efficient product deployment Evaluate supplier performance related to quality, delivery, pricing, and operational reliability Support fabrication and manufacturing processes including roll forming, press brake operations, laser cutting, and stamping Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast material demand and manage commodity pricing fluctuations Negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and long-term sourcing strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier network while supporting rapid operational growth Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction-related industries Strong knowledge of steel commodities, supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and supply risk management Experience supporting structural steel procurement within industrial or construction environments Familiarity with fabrication and manufacturing processes such as roll forming, stamping, laser cutting, and press brake operations Proven ability to manage high-value supplier relationships and complex sourcing initiatives Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Background Experience supporting warehouse infrastructure, automation systems, or industrial deployment projects Background managing global or multi-regional supplier networks Experience working within high-growth or scaling operational environments Why This Opportunity High-impact role with strong visibility across the organization Opportunity to influence supply chain strategy and infrastructure growth Collaborative, innovation-driven environment Exposure to advanced technologies, automation, and large-scale operational projects Strong long-term career growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization
