About Us Delta Pacific Beverage is a fast-growing beverage distributor in Northern California, handling a rich portfolio including beer, spirits, RTDs, and specialty beverages . Overview Join our team as an Inventory & Supply Chain Manager , leading demand planning, inventory optimization, purchasing strategy, and supply chain coordination. You'll collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams—ensuring stock levels meet customer demand while optimizing cash flow and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Oversee demand forecasting, inventory control, and purchasing operations . Deliver on
KPIs:
out-of-stock percentage, days on hand (DOH), forecast accuracy, waste reduction, and supplier cost savings . Interpret sales data, promotional insights, and seasonal trends to guide buying decisions. Engage with suppliers on forecasts, lead times, and replenishment. Align inventory with marketing and sales campaigns . Review and implement systems like Blue Yonder, Power BI, GP Analytics, SAPS , or similar tools. Drive efficiency improvements across supply chain and purchasing processes. Qualifications 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or purchasing , ideally in beverage distribution or CPG sectors. Strong analytical skills in forecasting and KPI reporting. Experience with inventory systems like Blue Yonder, Power BI, GP Analytics, SAPS , or equivalents preferred. Demonstrated success in reducing out-of-stock, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing inventory turnover. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
