Oversee and coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for process improvements What's Needed? Proven experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems What's in it for me?
