They manage buyers, streamline procurement processes, enforce vendor compliance, and optimize supply chain data. This role bridges Belimo sourcing strategies with daily transactional execution.What You'll Do Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, procurement specialists and buyers.Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement continuous process improvements to reduce purchasing lead times. Optimization of settings in SAP to drive availability of components along with efficiency of operations worldwide.Workflow Oversight:
Ensure smooth daily operations, including Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion, supplier enablement through Belimo SRM tool and invoice discrepancy resolution.Compliance & Governance:
Support collecting data required for Belimo Compliance initiative.Data & Analytics:
Design procurement dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like OTD, ITO and cost savings, and report on spend analysis.Who You Are Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
3-5 years of progressive experience in purchasing/production control in a manufacturing environment. Team Management experience.Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with major ERPs, SAP preferred.Soft Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be a team player with clear and concise communication skills. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
