Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Logistics & Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain operations and procurement activities. In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and purchasing functions to ensure seamless production flow, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Your expertise will help optimize inventory management, streamline supply chain processes, and foster strong supplier relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing and distribution efforts. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services. Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to coordinate production planning and ensure materials availability aligns with demand forecasts. Lead supplier negotiations, evaluate vendor performance, and establish long-term partnerships to secure quality supplies at competitive prices. Create, update and maintain purchase orders. Coordinate deliveries. Track orders. Documenting damage or product issues and filing corresponding claims. Provide vendor quotes as needed. Review and approve vendor bills. Maintain product specs and warranty information current. Research & develop local resources Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles. Expertise in logistics coordination including transportation management and warehouse operations. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of building strategic supplier relationships. Ability to analyze data using demand forecasting tools and develop effective supply chain strategies. Strong Excel skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple timelines and meet deadlines Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
