Overview The Purchasing Manager will collaborate with the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences team through our current rapid growth and fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will oversee the buying of materials and supplies, including materials used for production of goods for the hotel. Leadership abilities will include the ability to influence business partners on necessary and substantive changes or developments in procurement, to project and process manage, to assess needs, prioritize appropriately, present creative solutions, develop action plans, execute, and measure results. Experience creating a consistent and reliable network of supply partners and customized foodservice solutions required. Responsibilities Ensure that the items needed meet all culinary requirements as well as progress any quality and control objectives that are established. Confirm product meets the specifications provided by the Food and Beverage operations teams. Support any food safety risk assessments, vendor standards, or recalls. Monitor inbound logistics to the first receiver to optimize inventory and supply. Oversee procurement platform. Assist in minimizing shortages and disruptions.
