Build a resilient supply chain for sustainable materials that are changing the way concrete is made, as you help support a commercial manufacturing facility in Modesto, CA. In this Procurement Manager - Manufacturing opportunity, you'll partner with engineering, project management, operations, finance, and executive leadership to source capital equipment, negotiate commercial agreements, and strengthen supplier networks across North America. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Procurement Manager - Manufacturing position include: 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience in industrial manufacturing, process industries, recycling, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar heavy industrial environments. Develop and execute procurement strategies for capital equipment, manufacturing systems, materials, and services. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers and equipment manufacturers. Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection processes. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, service agreements, and commercial terms. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure long-term supply chain reliability. Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, project management, construction, and operations teams. Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement budgets; identify cost savings, process improvements, and supplier diversification opportunities.
Salary:
$125,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
