Job Overview VSA is looking for a Manager of Business Support to own the business infrastructure behind our patient care: our facilities, our vendor relationships, and the contracts that keep a multi-site practice running. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will supervise our Facilities Coordinator, manage facilities across every location, and lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
Duties Facilities:
Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and facilities vendors across every location; work with landlords; support life-safety and OSHA compliance; and help lead build-outs, moves, and new-location openings.
Vendor Relationships:
Serve as the business point of contact for VSA's infrastructure and service vendors, hold them accountable to their contracts and SLAs, and coordinate vendor support for new sites and moves.
Procurement & Contracting:
Vet vendors, run RFQs and RFPs, negotiate and renegotiate contracts and renewals, consolidate spend, benchmark pricing, and maintain a contract repository with renewal dates.
Management & Reporting:
Supervise and develop the Facilities Coordinator, manage facilities and vendor-spend budgets with Finance, and report performance and spending to the CFO.
Process Improvement:
Lead and participate in cross-departmental workgroups that remove rework and hand-off errors, and deliver special projects on time. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience spanning facilities management, vendor management, and/or procurement and contracting. Healthcare and multi-site experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills. Experience coordinating with service vendors across multiple functions, including technology providers. Technical expertise is not required. Budgeting and cross-functional project management experience. Familiarity with facilities, environment-of-care, and OSHA requirements, and with healthcare vendor and regulatory considerations, preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
