Delivery Manager - E-procurement

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to provide strategic delivery oversight for a highly visible, enterprise eProcurement platform. This role is ideal for someone who operates above day to day project execution—bringing structure to ambiguity, orchestrating work across multiple teams, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with product and business priorities. This individual will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership and serve as the connective tissue across a highly matrixed IT environment.

•  Act as the strategic delivery lead overseeing multiple interdependent initiatives rather than managing a single project
•  Translate ambiguous direction into structured delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies (this is the most critical capability)
•  Partner closely with: o Product leadership (including the Product VP) o Delivery and program leadership o Cross functional IT partners to align sequencing and pace of work
•  Coordinate and guide Project Managers to ensure: o Proper sequencing of workstreams o Proactive dependency and risk management o Resolution of delivery friction where efforts collide across teams
•  Provide clear, concise status, risk, and delivery updates focused on outcomes—not just activity
•  Develop a deep understanding of the eProcurement platform, including: o How it supports buyers submitting product requests o Its integration with external procurement systems (e.g., Ariba like integrations) o Use cases such as customer hierarchy and complexity modeling
•  Ensure product documentation, workflows, and delivery artifacts remain current and aligned
•  Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, AI generated notes, workflow automation tools) to optimize delivery operations
•  Navigate a highly matrixed environment, influencing without authority as needed $50/hr to $62/hr.

- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. •  Proven experience operating as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager with enterprise scale initiatives
•  Demonstrated ability to take unclear or evolving requirements and turn them into executable delivery plans
•  Strong experience coordinating across multiple teams and IT partners
•  Comfort managing delivery at a program level (multiple projects, dependencies, and stakeholders)
•  Executive level communication skills with a bias toward clarity and outcomes
•  Ability to work EST hours and be consistently available starting at 8:00 AM EST
