Description Supplier Management:

Sourcing, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms, prices, and high-quality products.

Negotiation & Contracting:

Negotiating contracts for price, payment terms, and service levels to minimize costs.

Inventory Control:

Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, aligning purchasing with production schedules.

Strategic Procurement:

Analyzing market trends to predict price fluctuations and developing strategies to improve procurement processes.

Operational Execution:

Reviewing and approving purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing supplier performance (KPIs).

Team Leadership:

Hiring, training, and overseeing purchasing agents or buyers.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as supplier insolvency or supply disruptions. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $73.56/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
