3+ Years Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production / Procurement Manager with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, and procurement. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, managing purchasing operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Production- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to optimize workflow.
- Monitor production performance and recommend process improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with company safety and quality policies. Procurement
- Source and purchase raw materials, components, and production supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Track purchase orders and resolve supply chain issues.
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, procurement, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and production scheduling.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
