About Gulf Coast Tactical Gulf Coast Tactical (GCT) is a rapidly growing defense and maritime manufacturing company specializing in the design, construction, integration, and sustainment of advanced manned and unmanned maritime platforms. As our operations continue to expand, we are proactively identifying talented professionals interested in future leadership opportunities within our supply chain, procurement, and logistics organization. Position Overview GCT is seeking experienced procurement and logistics professionals to join our candidate pipeline for a future Procurement & Logistics Manager position. This individual will play a critical role in supporting vessel production, mission system integration, and defense programs by leading procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, overseeing logistics operations, and driving material planning efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in defense, aerospace, shipbuilding, or advanced manufacturing environments and have experience managing complex supply chains in support of government programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain professionals. Develop and execute procurement strategies that support production schedules, program milestones, and customer requirements. Manage supplier sourcing, qualification, performance, and contract execution. Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities, including transportation, receiving, inventory control, and material movement. Collaborate with engineering, production, program management, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services. Support configuration management processes to ensure material traceability and compliance with technical baselines. Drive material requirements planning and procurement forecasting to support manufacturing operations. Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Support cost reduction initiatives, strategic sourcing efforts, and continuous process improvement activities. Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics records within company ERP systems. Ensure compliance with applicable government, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or material management. Experience leading procurement or supply chain teams. Strong understanding of logistics, transportation management, and inventory control. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, or defense industry programs. Familiarity with configuration management principles and controlled technical baselines. Experience with material planning, demand forecasting, and production support within a manufacturing environment. Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships. Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in shipbuilding, maritime systems, aerospace, unmanned systems, or defense manufacturing. Understanding of government contracting requirements and

environments. Experience supporting production planning and manufacturing operations. APICS/ASCM, CPSM, PMP, or similar professional certifications. $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
