Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end requisition-to-PO process, ensuring all purchase orders are accurate, approved, and issued timely Manage the procurement queue to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for internal stakeholders are met Act as the escalation contact for established suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and operational issues Monitor Key Performance Indicators for vendors, such as On-Time Delivery Conduct regular operational reviews with key suppliers to resolve recurring bottlenecks Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all compliance documentation (tax forms, insurance, certifications) is up to date Maintain an accurate and updated kind of Procurement Master Data (e.g. updating pricing, lead times, and vendor contact info in the ERP system) Expedite critical orders to resolve urgent supply shortages Identify inefficiencies in the current procurement workflow and implement lean improvements Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal governance, ethical standards, and legal requirements Monitor lifecycle of procured products to maintain efficiency in the Procurement process
