Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead the procurement and sourcing of indirect goods and services (including Maintenance, Repair, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, HR services, Professional & Consultancy Services) across the Americas region. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring quality and compliance.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencyLead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract managementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationshipsPartner with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, Legal) to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies and contracting processSupports the Global Category Managers in the development, implementation and adoption of a clear category strategy in regionAnalyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes aligned with the wider Indirect Procurement TeamDrive supplier performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standardsMonitor market trends and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategiesSupport adoption of digital procurement tools and systems (e.g., e-sourcing platforms) as part of the wider procurement strategy
Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements.
QualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification preferred)5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with a focus on indirect categoriesStrong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skillsProven ability to analyze data and drive cost-saving initiativesExperience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationWe offer…Join us and we'll help build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for career growth across the business, both locally and globally. The total compensation for this position ranges from $107,200 - $176,880/yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities of the applicant and the alignment with the internal team & market data). This role offers a competitive Business Profit Plan. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
