Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesPart 1 - Engineering Sourcing (Rack Architecture)Partner directly with Central Engineering to define and support rack architecture development and system roadmapsOwn rack and system infrastructure sourcing strategy, including: networking, power distribution, cooling (air, RDHX, liquid), networking switches, rack-level integrationDrive standardization and cost optimization across rack platforms, interconnects, and supporting infrastructureLead supplier selection, qualification, and engagement for new product development and system evolutionDrive continuous improvement of existing rack platforms across: cost, performance, and supply continuityTranslate engineering requirements into clear sourcing strategies, RFQs, and supplier performance frameworksEnsure suppliers meet requirements for: performance, scalability, quality and reliabilityAct as the primary interface between Engineering and Supply Chain for rack infrastructure and subcomponent sourcing decisionsLead adjacent sourcing initiatives aligned to Central Engineering priorities (e.g., interconnects, integration, subsystems), where system-level ownership or cross-functional coordination is required Part 2 - Supplier Business Manager - Rack EcosystemBuild and manage sub supplier relationships aligned with overarching Rack & Image Compute global Strategies.
Negotiate supplier agreements to support capacity and supply strategies

networking switches, cables, tbdDevelop and maintain relationships with key suppliers; lead supplier governance and QBR cadence, capacity management and continuous improvementEnsure suppliers meet requirements for: performance, scalability, quality and reliabilityWork cross functionally across: IMC Ecosystem, Contract Manufacturing Category, Engineering teams. Contribute to Category StrategiesEnhance suppliers' visibility to demand and outward forecast to ensure capacity road map.Negotiate supplier agreements to support capacity and supply strategies
