The Opportunity Versatex is seeking a Senior Facility Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing, identification, qualification, and management of service providers and vendors supporting facility service operations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong network of qualified vendors, subcontractors, and service providers across multiple facility service categories and geographic markets. The Senior Facility Sourcing Manager will partner closely with operations, and facility teams to understand service requirements, identify appropriate sourcing solutions, evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements, and ensure Versatex has reliable service partners to support client needs. This role will play a key part in strengthening Versatex's vendor network, improving service coverage, supporting cost-effective solutions, and maintaining high standards for quality, responsiveness, and compliance. • Strong facilities or construction experience.
• Ability to understand client needs, identify service issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Must live in either Kalamazoo, Michigan; Lincoln, Nebraska or Charles City, Iowa areas.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate pricing, service requirements, and contractual terms.
• Experience using procurement, vendor management, CRM, facility management, work-order, or project management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, facility management, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
