In this role, you will manage the procurement of all necessary tooling to maintain our operations. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure the timely delivery of critical components, and navigate supply chain challenges, including tariffs and material supply risks. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams on cross-functional projects to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Strategically source tooling from existing vendors while developing new vendor partnerships to strengthen supply continuity

Supply Chain Management:

Assess and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities, such as single-source dependencies, pricing volatility, tariff risk, and material supply risks Vendor management: Manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery, resolve quality issues, and drive accountability Cost management: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal ordering patterns Inventory control: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain proper inventory controls and support production continuity Engineering collaboration: Collaborate with engineering to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel 3-5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience preferred. Prior tool and die or automotive experience is a plus
