6 Months Job Summary We are looking for an Associate Category Manager with strong space planning and planogram experience to support category growth through data analytics, shopper insights, assortment planning, and retail strategy. Key Responsibilities Support category strategy and growth initiatives using sales, market, and shopper data. Analyze sales, pricing, assortment, promotions, and category performance. Develop and maintain weekly/monthly category reports and scorecards. Support planogram development, space planning, and implementation. Conduct sales-by-store analysis, seasonal analysis, and promotional recaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on syndicated data. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of Category Management, Insights, Sales Strategy, or related experience. CPG experience required. Space planning and planogram experience required. Experience with Circana, Nielsen, POS/Panel, Loyalty Card Data, or Numerator. Knowledge of shelving standards and tools such as
JDA, POG
Gen, or similar. Strong analytical, communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
