In this role, you will support and lead indirect procurement initiatives across multiple categories, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive value, efficiency, and cost savings. You will report to the Head of Procurement and act as a trusted advisor across the organization.
Compensation:
Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $90,000-$110,000 .
Hybrid Work:
We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution across indirect spend categories Partner cross-functionally to identify, negotiate, and execute cost-saving and value-driving initiatives Stakeholder & Supplier Partnership Act as a trusted procurement advisor leading projects across multiple functions and, at times, geographies Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to maximize partnership value and performance Procurement Operations & Continuous Improvement Manage purchase order activities, supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes while resolving system or process issues Track and analyze procurement KPIs to recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field 4-5 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, IT, HR, Facilities) Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing methodology, and contract fundamentals Experience using a source-to-pay system such as
Oracle, SAP, or Coupa Preferred Qualifications:
