Marvin is seeking a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent to lead sourcing for direct materials supporting our premium window and door manufacturing. In this role, you'll own commodity strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and supply continuity. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and finance on new product launches and value engineering, analyze market trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and manage direct material sourcing strategies for key commodities supporting Marvin's manufacturing operations Negotiate pricing, terms, and long term agreements with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and risks to optimize total cost of ownership and supply continuity Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance on new product introductions and value engineering projects Evaluate, select, and manage supplier performance using KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Lead RFQs, bid analysis, and contract execution for assigned commodities Maintain accurate purchasing data, forecasts, and category plans in ERP and sourcing tools Support inventory optimization and supply planning to meet production schedules Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and relevant regulations Drive cross functional projects that improve supply chain resilience, quality, and sustainability Required Skills Strategic sourcing Commodity management Supplier negotiation Contract management Cost analysis and total cost of ownership Manufacturing supply chain ERP and procurement systems Data analysis and Excel Supplier performance management Risk management RFQ and bid management Cross-functional collaboration
