Import Production Manager - Are you an experienced apparel production leader with a passion for bringing products from concept to delivery? Brisco Brands is looking for an Import Production Manager to oversee overseas production for our apparel programs across licensed and private label brands.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end overseas production from PO issuance through shipment Oversee production timelines, WIP, quality, testing, and delivery Partner with Design, Sales, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing teams Build strong relationships with overseas factories and vendors Drive process improvements while achieving quality, cost, and margin goals Lead and mentor the Import Production team

We're Looking For:

5+ years of apparel production, sourcing, or product development experience Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing, costing, and quality standards Experience supporting major retailers such as Walmart, Five Below, Ross, or similar accounts Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Join Brisco Brands and play a key role in delivering trend-right apparel for some of the world's leading brands and retailers.
