Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable procurement strategies to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, and global sourcing teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure reliability and compliance by managing supplier risk, quality, and contract adherence across all procurement activities. Champion innovation by identifying and integrating new suppliers, technologies, and sustainable practices into the supply chain. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the procurement team to elevate collective expertise and performance. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in transportation, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and ERP systems (SAP or similar). Strong understanding of cost analysis, risk management, and compliance within regulated industries. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of procurement milestones and achievement of strategic sourcing goals. Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional and supplier teams. Reduction in supply chain disruptions, improved cost savings, and enhanced process efficiency. Annual salary:
