We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Procurement Process Owner to join our Global Procurement organization. In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of procurement processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the procurement lifecycle, while collaborating with the Head of Global Procurement Practice, procurement leaders across the organization, and partners in Law, Finance, and Compliance. Sleepy Hollow, NY Work model/flexibility: On-site Discover your role: Owns the end-to-end procurement process architecture across all categories and geographies Develops and maintains standardized procurement processes, workflows, and documentation to drive global consistency and efficiency Aligns procurement processes with compliance requirements, audit standards, and internal controls Partners with the Global Procurement Technology team to optimize systems, drive automation, and enhance user experience Leads process diagnostics and gap assessments to identify improvements and implement best practices and digital tools Drives training, change management, and communication activities to support successful process adoption Serves as the global point of contact for process escalations, system issues, and governance inquiries Builds influential relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Quality to drive integrated process improvement This role requires:Associate Director Level:
Bachelor's degree + 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and related procurement technology platforms Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated success in process ownership, governance, and global standardization projects Experience leading and supporting cross-functional teams to drive change programs and efficiency, operating with integrity and clarity amid ambiguity Experience in Pharma/BioPharma Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Does this sound like you?
