Location:
Troy, NY Work model/flexibility: On-site Discover your role: Defines and implements CMO manufacturing category strategy to meet business needs Leads discussions with IOPS stakeholders to align Drug Product manufacturing priorities with Procurement category leads and management Negotiates complex contracts and drives supplier management and stakeholder engagement activities Drives cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency gains through category management Ensures category activities comply with GxP and other applicable regulations Negotiates contract terms and conditions in consultation with Law, aligned with Regeneron's priorities and business requirements Establishes and drives Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs and governance models Navigates a dynamic, fast-changing business environment, proactively identifying opportunities and driving results This role requires:Sr Manager Level:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, preferably in Pharma/BioPharma Experience in the mAb, large molecule manufacturing environment Strong negotiation and contract management skills Preferred qualifications: Experience managing category stage gate processes, including strategy development and execution In-depth knowledge of the Drug Product manufacturing process Success building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive results, using market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools to evaluate global supply markets Does this sound like you?
