This is a unique opportunity to lead supplier performance, cost optimization initiatives, and purchasing operations while partnering with cross-functional leadership teams. Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Manager Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies that support business objectives and service goals. Lead supplier negotiations, contract compliance, and vendor performance management. Coach and support purchasing team members while overseeing daily procurement activities. Monitor supply chain risks, inventory performance, and key operational metrics. Partner with Planning, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure material availability and operational success. Qualifications for the Procurement Manager Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
