Job Description
Manager - Sourcing & Procurement Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice helps organizations turn strategic sourcing and procurement into a driver of business value. This role focuses on direct materials sourcing and cost transformation, helping clients improve cost, strengthen supplier strategies, and enable procurement transformation through process, analytics, and technology. The Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager will work across strategy and implementation, supporting clients with category insights, operating model improvements, and technology-enabled procurement solutions. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026. Work you'll do As a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) team, you will be responsible for: Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives Managing multiple workstreams and leading onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment Supporting transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua Assessing category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Supply Chain & Network Operations brings together practitioners who help clients improve how work gets done across supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and operations.
