Job Description

The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory procurement functions for Inter-Tech Supplies. This position ensures that raw materials, machined components, hardware, tooling, MRO supplies, and outsourced manufacturing services are obtained at the highest quality, best value, and with the required delivery schedules. This supervisor develops stronger supplier partnerships while supporting production, engineering, quality, and customer service to ensure uninterrupted operations and continuous improvement.

This individual plays a critical role in managing costs, mitigating supply chain risks, and supporting company growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement Purchasing & Supply Management Supplier Relationship Management Inventory Planning Continuous Improvement Risk Management Qualifications:
BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering 7-10 years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience Experience in purchasing custom-manufactured components Experience with industrial suppliers and OEM environments
Knowledge and Skills:
Strategic sourcing Vendor negotiations Cost Analysis Manufacturing processes CNC machining/silicon gaskets You should be proficient in: Bachelor's Degree Shipping/Receiving Equipment/Parts Counter Sales Warehouse Experience Business-to-Business (B2B)
