The role:
As an Americas Procurement Lead , you will help drive our goals by: Leading procurement strategy and execution across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global procurement priorities. Acting as a senior business partner to executive and operational stakeholders, driving value creation through cost optimisation, supply resilience, innovation and sustainability initiatives. Leading and developing a high-performing procurement team while fostering collaboration across plants, business units and the wider One Procurement Community. Delivering strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management activities across complex direct and indirect spend categories. Driving procurement transformation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement capability, performance and compliance. Managing supplier risk, ensuring responsible sourcing practices and maintaining a secure, high-performing supply base that supports business growth. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Extensive senior procurement leadership experience across multiple sites, regions or complex manufacturing environments. Strong track record of developing and executing category strategies, leading large-scale sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable business value. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a global matrix organisation. Deep expertise in supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract development and risk management. Experience leading organisational change, developing talent and building engaged, high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
