Site Services Category Manager:
Manage and optimize a $68M site services procurement portfolio across the Americas, reporting to the Director of Indirect & Logistics Procurement. Lead sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and supplier evaluations to ensure quality, service, and value. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop category strategies and execute cost-saving initiatives. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to improve performance and develop supplier capabilities. Site Services Category Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree). 5+ years' experience in procurement or category management, specifically involving on-site services. Hands-on experience with procurement e-sourcing tools, including ARIBA, and conducting various sourcing events. Proven ability to negotiate complex supply agreements, achieve cost savings, and manage supplier performance.
