This role involves overseeing and negotiating vendor relationships for various on-site services in a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and cost savings. Site Services Category Manager:
Manage and optimize a $68M site services procurement portfolio across the Americas, reporting to the Director of Indirect & Logistics Procurement. Lead sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and supplier evaluations to ensure quality, service, and value. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop category strategies and execute cost-saving initiatives. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to improve performance and develop supplier capabilities. Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for site services, including waste management, piping, canteen, and groundskeeping. Requirements for the
Site Services Category Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree). 5+ years' experience in procurement or category management, specifically involving on-site services. Hands-on experience with procurement e-sourcing tools, including ARIBA, and conducting various sourcing events. Proven ability to negotiate complex supply agreements, achieve cost savings, and manage supplier performance. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. What's in it for you?
