Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
The Category Manager supports the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies for our direct material categories that drive value across the organization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support new product initiatives, improve supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned material categories Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract execution Build and manage strategic supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost performance Support new product launches and key sourcing initiatives Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvements Track supplier performance, sourcing analytics, and savings initiatives Partner cross-functionally to support operational goals and supply continuity
Role Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas. 3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, preferred. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to travel domestically up to 15% annually
