Job Description

Your role As a Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader, your mission is to lead sourcing execution and supplier performance to ensure on‑time delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction for aftermarket demand. You will act as the key link between procurement, sales, and customers—driving results in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. You will report to the Sourcing Manager. You will Lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Buyers while establishing structure, accountability, and high performance Own sourcing and fulfillment execution, ensuring supplier commitments translate into on‑time delivery and material availability Drive supplier performance through competitive bidding, escalation, and proactive risk management for delivery and lead times Act as a customer‑facing procurement leader, partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, and internal stakeholders to meet urgent customer needs Collaborate with OEM (Prime) sourcing teams to align supply base priorities and improve overall procurement performance To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. You have 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead and develop teams while operating in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally Experience in aftermarket, customer‑facing, or sales‑adjacent roles, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), and supplier management processes In return, we offer A Culture Built on

Competitive Pay:
Base salary ranges from $94,500 to $119,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
