This individual will leverage market data, shopper insights, and category analytics to influence customer strategies, identify growth opportunities, and support cross-functional business initiatives. Responsibilities Analyze category, shopper, and sales data to uncover trends and growth opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations that support customer growth, brand performance, and category expansion. Create customer presentations, category reviews, assortment recommendations, and business insights. Partner with Sales teams to build data-driven selling stories and customer strategies. Track category performance, competitive activity, promotional effectiveness, and market share trends. Support commercialization efforts for new products, programs, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Revenue Management. Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely execution against business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Sales Analytics, or a related field. Consumer packaged goods (CPG) OR Food and Beverage industry experience preferred. Experience utilizing syndicated data, customer POS data, and market research tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
