  • Remote Privately-owned company is an industry leading developer of building product solutions for commercial flooring construction applications.
Within the last 10 years, the company has focused on increased market share and expanded overall capabilities. Our Opportunity Lead brand marketing initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix, interacting with and managing/influencing other functions within to deliver against project objectives. Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data Help develop media plans, ensure alignment to brand budgets and profitability Developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales and market data Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high-level strategy to the day-to-day hands-on operations Utilize insights from multiple sources to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with strategic reporting needs Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. (Masters level a plus) 7+ years progressive experience in marketing management roles. 5+ years in building products and/or construction industry experience Experience integrating consistent marketing strategy across multiple channels. Product development and project management experience. Demonstrated ability to manage/coach/develop others Relevant experience with and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management systems, social media, and analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Travel up to 20% Total compensation package includes market competitive benefits, salary, bonus and growth opportunities.
