Must have:
Expertise in procurement process design, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement. Strong proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience highly preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and global colleagues. Excellent analytical skills for developing procurement KPIs and metrics. Strong communication skills to act as a subject-matter expert and lead workshops and training.Nice to have:
Experience with Power BI and Coupa for procurement analytics and reporting. Familiarity with ISO Certification and Responsible Business Practices. Demonstrated ability to lead productivity project tracking and cost savings initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify procurement-related risks. Experience in hosting workshops and onboarding sessions. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Additional Best of Both (3 days on-site/2 days work from home) Relocation will be available Some travel may be required Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $128,542.00- $192,812.
