Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. This position is hybrid. On-site requirements up to four times per year in Middleton, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Be part of something remarkable Help drive our procurement performance so we continue to exceed customer expectations. We are seeking a Senior Buyer to: Process complex purchase orders for supplies, general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, medical equipment, and services. Be able to work with end users, clinicians, materials management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) teams on discontinued, back-ordered, conversion and new products. Review and facilitate pricing connections between contracts and ERP system. Proficient in Microsoft Excel being able to run pivots and do data analysis to share with contract manager for review. Be able to support special projects as assigned. Work with business leaders for Capital and Non-Capital purchases of goods and services. Assist in obtaining the best products and services at the lowest cost. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field. Required or Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below. Required Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Preferred Work Experience 5 years purchasing and/or buying experience. Required Healthcare setting experience. Oracle Cloud or similar ERP preferred.
