Job Description

Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Memory Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Cardinal View Senior Living recently opened in fall of 2021 and is easily accessible, right off the Beltline in Middleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 104-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Cardinal View was named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals and is proud to be locally owned!
Shifts Available:
Full Time Days, including Manager on site rotation
Wage:
RN $32.00-$37.50, wage based on experience. LPN $27.00-$32.50, wage based on experience Open to New Grads Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Memory Care Coordinators become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will lead, direct, and assist in the overall operations of the memory care unit in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policies, with focus on the physical and social well-being of our residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives.
Duties include:
Schedule and perform rounds in memory care to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments for memory care residents. Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the memory care resident/tenant population.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN/RN Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
