Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to support material sourcing efforts for wovens within a fast-moving apparel and accessories environment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to help guide seasonal sourcing decisions and strengthen supplier strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support long-range material sourcing strategies for wovens by synthesizing internal and external inputs into clear recommendations. Build and maintain a competitive sourcing landscape that supports supplier strategy, lead-time, cost, quality, sustainability, and risk goals. Partner with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to coordinate seasonal sourcing decisions and track execution with strong attention to detail. Manage multiple stakeholders across different cultures and functions while contributing a proactive, collaborative, and action-oriented approach.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. 5+ years of product or materials sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or development experience, ideally within apparel or accessories. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management capabilities. Familiarity with Tableau and/or PowerBI, plus advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred.
