This role includes managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), overseeing procurement schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting materials for key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, communication, and organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Providence, RI Responsibilities of the
Procurement Project Manager:
Manage statewide procurement projects from start to finish, including the development, release, and evaluation of RFPs and RFIs. Develop and maintain procurement schedules, track milestones, and make sure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal teams, evaluation committees, and external stakeholders, and prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials. Serve as a key point of contact for procurement inquiries, and track action items and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records, and support additional project and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications of the
Procurement Project Manager:
Proven experience in project management, procurement, or contract administration, including managing RFP and/or RFI processes. Public sector or government procurement experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing meeting materials and presenting information to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for scheduling, documentation, tracking, and presentations. Submit your resume today for immediate consideration!
