June 2027 Program Overview The Property and Procurement Rotational Program is a one-year, full-time opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Real Estate, Procurement, and Business Operations. Participants will rotate through multiple teams gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation within the team. This immersive program offers structured learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects. Program Highlights 3 four-month rotations across key teams within Property and Procurement Exposure to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations Mentorship and career coaching Placement into a permanent role upon completion Rotational Areas Participants will rotate through a selection of the following teams:Leasing:
Retail & Office Leasing Strategy, site selection, space planning, and lease negotiations for over 1,300 retail and 130 office locations. Lease Administration Ensuring compliance and cost control across the Bank's real estate portfolio.Real Estate Operations:
Real Estate Operations Managing retail construction, facilities maintenance, and energy efficiency initiatives. Corporate Services Overseeing Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety, and Environmental Sustainability.Sourcing:
Sourcing Partnering with business lines to secure external resources and negotiate contracts. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Assessing and managing risks associated with third-party vendors in alignment with regulatory requirements. Skills Developed Data, financial, and qualitative analysis Project and vendor management Contract fundamentals Strategic sourcing and procurement Real estate operations and compliance Professional communication and presentation skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed by May 2027 Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Please note that permanent work authorization in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for CPT, OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Pay Transparency The position offers $70,000.00/per year.
