• Overall Purpose
• Optimizes procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing vendor and subcontractor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
• Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• + Lead negotiations for vendor and subcontractor contracts. + Manage contract modifications and amendments. + Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. + Align contract strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
• Procurement Strategy Development
