The Opportunity Join a global strategic sourcing organization that enables innovation, value creation, and operational excellence. You will contribute to the strategic direction and own the execution across technology services, IT consulting, and R D engineering procurement. This position suits an experienced professional who can autonomously manage sourcing projects, persuade partners, and deliver quantifiable benefits in a fast-paced, international environment. What You'll Do Develop and drive category strategy and sourcing plans to deliver value across IT services spend
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects
Negotiate agreements and pricing to secure competitive results
Act as the procurement business partner to IT and product development engineering teams
Manage supplier relationships and performance
Drive data-driven decisions
Conduct spend analysis, pricing comparisons, and supplier benchmarking
Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen operational resilience across professional services engagements.
What You'll Bring
5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
Experience in procuring technology professional services, consulting, or engineering services preferred
Sourcing & commercial skills
Proficient in negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and various services pricing models
Solid understanding of the various service delivery models
In-depth understanding of how AI is reshaping IT service delivery and pricing models
Analytical capability
Brings to bear LLMs and data tools such as Excel in the everyday execution of responsibilities as accelerators, but not crutches
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes
Highly organized, diligent, and able to prioritize effectively while being comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing requirements
Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, commercial structures for professional services, and common contracting approaches for technology engagements.
