Job DescriptionTrucordia is a billion-dollar insurance brokerage undergoing a significant digital transformation to modernize technology, operations, and partner ecosystems. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to lead and execute enterprise technology procurement and strategic partnerships during this period of growth and change. This role will work closely with executive and senior leadership to ensure technology investments align with business strategy, risk standards, and company values.
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for technology vendors, including requirements definition, RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract execution, and ongoing performance management.
Partner closely with executive and senior leaders to support technology procurement decisions, providing insights, recommendations, and risk considerations aligned with enterprise priorities.
Establish and maintain strong partner relationships with key technology and service providers, representing the organization with care, integrity, and alignment to company values.
Lead complex negotiations for technology and services agreements, including pricing, service levels, data protection, compliance, renewals, and termination terms.
Evaluate and support the implementation of automation and virtual assistant solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
Develop procurement governance, standards, and performance metrics, providing executive-level reporting on vendor performance, financial outcomes, and strategic impact.
Manage and develop a direct report, providing coaching, prioritization, and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of procurement activities.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent enterprise experience.6+ years of progressive experience in technology procurement and strategic sourcing, including ownership of vendor relationships and contract negotiations within large, complex organizations.
Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value technology and services contracts within regulated or risk‑sensitive environments.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to support procurement decisions, provide recommendations, and align initiatives with organization priorities.
Strong experience managing technology spend, budgets, and resource optimization, with the ability to track and deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
Proven professionalism, integrity, and communication skills, with the ability to represent company values, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively lead or mentor others.
