Clearance. The Acquisition/Contracts Management Lead will provide cyber-focused acquisition and procurement support for the acquisition of IT systems and services. The position will support FAR-based procurements, GWAC/IDIQ task and delivery orders, sole-source acquisitions, and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) efforts while ensuring acquisition activities comply with applicable FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and CPE ISW requirements.- Lead and support acquisition planning and execution for cyber-focused IT systems and services using FAR-based procurements, GWACs, IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, sole-source contracts, and OTAs.
- Develop and manage Acquisition Requirements Packages (ARPs) including acquisition strategies/plans, PWSs, evaluation criteria, source-selection documentation, QASPs, market research, RFIs, J&As, and related acquisition documentation.
- Apply and interpret FAR, DFARS, AFARS and CPE ISW acquisition policies and exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and directing pre-award acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with PMO personnel and contracting organizations to gather requirements, develop and staff acquisition documentation, incorporate comments, resolve issues, and move procurement actions through review and approval.
- Support contract management and oversight, including monitoring and reporting contract purpose, value, period of performance, modifications, status, and other acquisition information for Government review.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and AFARS.
- Experience developing and coordinating Acquisition Requirements Packages and acquisition documentation.
- Experience with multiple acquisition approaches, including IDIQs/GWACs, task orders, GSA vehicles, sole-source acquisitions and/or OTAs.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in acquisition planning, organization, documentation, and execution.
- Ability to brief senior Government leadership
- Strong collaboration across technical domains
