Fiscal Coordinator Williamsburg, VA Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Temporary Opportunity with Contract-to-Hire Potential Adecco is seeking an experienced Fiscal Coordinator to support daily accounting, purchasing, and financial operations for a professional organization in Williamsburg, VA. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, financial administration, or procurement who excel in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders, invoices, and departmental expenditures. Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Track budgets and monitor spending across multiple programs. Coordinate purchasing activities, including supplies, events, and vendor orders. Manage invoice documentation and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Assist with vendor payments and resolve purchasing or payment discrepancies. Maintain organized financial files and supporting documentation. Respond to inquiries related to purchasing and financial processes. Qualifications 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, purchasing, or financial administration experience. Strong experience with reconciliations, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with procurement or vendor management systems.
