$48-50/hour We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing / Category Management professional to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies, particularly around capital equipment and material-handling equipment . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies Manage complex supplier relationships and negotiations Build and scale supplier networks to support business growth Partner with stakeholders and influence sourcing decisions Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Lead complex sourcing projects and drive process improvements Develop scalable, long-term procurement strategies Requirements Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Strong negotiation, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and suppliers Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience developing sourcing strategies from the ground up Global supply chain experience is a plus Industry experience is flexible - we're prioritizing candidates with strong strategic sourcing ownership and complex project experience over specific industry background. ????
