$46,613/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)Responsible To :
Community Development Area Manager Summary :
Develop, monitor, implement and enforce all Indian Preference Laws policies to ensure Indian Preference in hiring, contracting, construction and the supply of vendor products and services. Ensure Indian Preference provisions are applied fairly in all situations and in such a way that reflects the intent of Indian Preference. The intent of Indian Preference is to create opportunities for tribal members to participate in business and employment opportunities within the Nation's reservation lands through partnerships, training, and implementation of the Good Mind principles.Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or closely related field; or three (3) years of previous work experience in compliance, contract agreements, enforcement and/or compliance regulations; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
