Job incumbent oversees the daily operations of the Graf Rheeneerhaanjii program, performing all general management functions including program planning, project development and implementation, staff supervision, and general fiscal management. Adhere to the TCC Ch'eghwtsen' model of service and guiding principle which requires providing timely and effective service along with the ability to interact with others in a way that inspires trust and demonstrates respect, compassion and empathy.Essential Functions Essential Functions:

Under general supervision of the Deputy Behavioral Health Director, job incumbent: 1. Acts as a liaison to coordinate communication between the Graf program and other Tanana Chiefs Conference divisions, programs, and staff, as well as other community stakeholders. Attend mandatory meetings and weekly supervision. 2. Supports monitoring and maintains program conditions and fiscal accountability. 3. Maintains program dashboards, ensuring project progress with established program goals and objectives. 4. Provides onsite supervision and day to day guidance. Meets regularly with staff to monitor quality of work in adherence to TCC Supervision policy. 5. Assists in the daily operations and staff coverage at Graf, ensuring 24/7 staff coverage. 6. Supports compliance with CARF accreditation standards and follows established policies and procedures. 7. Assist clients in keeping appointments with mental health and health providers including transportation and medication monitoring. 8. Maintains accurate records as needed according to policy. 9. Assists in coordinating training and staff development activities.Other Responsibilities:
1. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a human services field or Five (5) years of administrative working experience in Behavioral Health, with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. 2. Within 18 months of hire, complete all required education and training necessary to qualify as an Associate Administrator for Licensing. 3. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. 4. Must pass background check pursuant to federal Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act requirements and State of Alaska background check.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Experience with adult, child, and adolescent service provision; specialized testing/evaluation; DSM 5 diagnosis; severely emotionally disturbed children; chronic mental illness; dual diagnosis and integrated treatment coordination; crisis intervention; consultation; routine charting. Familiarity with Fairbanks area, Interior Regional, and statewide mental health services and substance abuse treatment providers. 2. Strong verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required. 3. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 4. Familiarity with Alaska Native cultures and rural lifestyles. 5. Knowledge and ability to adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality regulations.Supervision:
This position provides direct administrative supervision to Graf staff, up to 9 staff at any given time.Supervision Physical demands:
Job incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some village travel may be required. Must be able work effectively in a busy and often stressful environment. May require extensive use of TCC vehicle for client transportation and home visits.Summation Summation:
